Maxitrol’s Imblue Technology is available for all 325‑L models*. Imblue Technology is an anodized coating that increases corrosion resistance and provides protection against the elements for regulators used in outdoor applications.
The Imblue regulators should be used anywhere that conditions cause aluminum to oxidize. Places where this protective coating is especially important are coastal regions, water treatment plants, swimming pool areas, northern climates where roads are salted in winter, and even roof-tops where airborne salt particles may impact the regulators.
Maxitrol, in compliance with ANSI Z21.80/CSA 6.22, offers line pressure regulators for 2 psi and 5 psi piping systems. They’re for use on residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The 325‑L series regulators are capable of precise regulating control from full flow down to pilot flow. The regulators feature a high leverage linkage assembly to deliver dead-end lockup.
NOTE: When installed outdoors, the use of a certified Maxitrol Vent Protector is recommended, and installation should be in a horizontal upright position. Regional flood lines and snow depth should be considered when choosing an installation location. Refer to local codes and requirements.
