Maxitrol’s GV30/GV30A gas combination control systems are used on a broad range of commercial cooking equipment by manufacturers around the globe.
With two-knob operation, a compact design, and an integrated thermoelectric flame supervision device, the GV30/30A series is a logical and smart alternative to Robertshaw’s BJWA, FDO, or GS series of gas thermostats and separate TS series thermomagnetic safety valves (see GV30.GV30A-LC-EN-06.2024_Cooking).
- GV30/30A valves can be customized to OEM specifications and support an array of commercial cooking appliances, including fryers, griddle plates, ovens, bain maries, and coffee roasters.
- Chefs prefer the GV30/30A’s two-knob operation: one knob to ignite and one knob to adjust the temperature. The temperature knob has a 335° turning rotation for greater temperature range and precision.
Three new knob configurations-combinations are now available for the GV30 (see GV30-SS-EN-03.2024) that allow OEMs to greatly enhance the aesthetics of their appliances and further differentiate themselves from the competition.
Combination 1
Our standard temperature and operating knobs (1.5” height) with piezo ignition.
Combination 2
A high operating knob (2.5” height) and D‑stem temperature knob. The D‑stem allows OEMs to choose their own temperature knob and personalize the appliance front. D‑stems support taller knobs with a maximum diameter of 2.9”. Available with piezo or electrical ignition.
Combination 3
D‑stems for both operating knob and temperature knob allowing OEMs to design their own knobs creating a unique appliance front. Available with piezo or electrical ignition.
